The Tri-Point Chargers (Cullom, IL) volleyball tipped the host Clifton Central Comets (Clifton, IL), 2-1 in Thursday's league match.

Next up, the Chargers battle the Milford Bearcats (Milford, IL) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 29. Tri-Point will attempt to move on its 9-11 season record. The Bearcats enter the match with a 0-16 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Paxton-Buckley-Loda (Paxton, IL).

The Comets (6-14) will now prepare for their match against Herscher (Herscher, IL). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 4-16 record. In their last match, Herscher was tipped by Peotone (Peotone, IL), 2-0, in a league match.
