Ohio High School Volleyball - Covington over Northridge

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Covington Buccs (Covington, OH) and the host Northridge Polar Bears (Dayton, OH), observed Covington's volleyball team top Northridge by a count of 3-0.

The Buccs (13-4) will now prepare for their contest against Milton-Union (West Milton, OH). The Bulldogs enter the Three Rivers contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Milton-Union notched a victory over Preble Shawnee (Camden, OH), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Polar Bears now own a 0-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethel for a Three Rivers battle on Tuesday, September 30. Northridge will encounter a Bees squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Bellefontaine (Bellefontaine, OH). The Bees record now stands at 13-4.
