Arizona High School Volleyball - Desert Ridge tips Higley

The Desert Ridge Jaguars (Mesa, AZ) volleyball held off the host Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ), 3-2 in Thursday's league bout.

The Jaguars now possess a 11-5 record. They play next when they travel to Millard South for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 27. Desert Ridge will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ). The Patriots record now stands at 15-5.

With the loss, Higley drops to 10-9 on the campaign. The Knights host Williams Field (Gilbert, AZ) to clash with the Black Hawks in a 6A - Fiesta bout on Wednesday, October 1. The Black Hawks come into the bout with a record of 12-7. Williams Field won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Gilbert (Gilbert, AZ)
