The Mustangs (7-11) will now prepare for their contest against Willow Canyon (Surprise, AZ). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 12-10 record. In their last contest, Willow Canyon was knocked off by Sunrise Mountain (Peoria, AZ), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Jackrabbits encounter the Westwood Warriors (Mesa, AZ) in a 6A - East Valley battle, on Tuesday, September 30. Mesa will attempt to improve on its 4-15 season record. The Warriors go into the battle with a 14-12 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ).
