Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the First Baptist Christian Academy Crusaders (Bunnell, FL) and the visiting Florida School for the Deaf & Blind Dragons (St. Augustine, FL), observed First Baptist Christian Academy's volleyball team top Florida School for the Deaf & Blind by a count of 3-0.
The Crusaders (10-7) will now prepare for their battle against Crescent City (Crescent City, FL). The Raiders go into the non-league battle with a 10-8 record. In their last battle, Crescent City dropped by Newberry (Newberry, FL), 2-0, in a league battle.
The Dragons now own a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Joseph Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 30. Florida School for the Deaf & Blind will encounter a Flashes squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Palatka (Palatka, FL). The Flashes record now stands at 12-6.
