Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Latta Vikings (Latta, SC) and the visiting Hannah-Pamplico Raiders (Pamplico, SC), observed Latta's volleyball team top Hannah-Pamplico by a count of 3-0.
The Vikings (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Johnsonville (Johnsonville, SC). The Flashes go into the A Region 6 battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Johnsonville achieved victory over Hemingway (Hemingway, SC), 3-0, in a league battle.
The Raiders now own a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hemingway for a A Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, September 30. Hannah-Pamplico will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Carvers Bay (Hemingway, SC). The Tigers record now stands at 0-6.
