North Carolina High School Volleyball - Havelock bounced by West Carteret

September 25, 2025: Morehead City, NC 28557

West Carteret Patriots (Morehead City, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Havelock Rams (Havelock, NC), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, West Carteret improves its record to 15-2 on the season. The Patriots travel to Northside - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC) to face the Monarchs in a Coastal 5A/6A test on Tuesday, September 30. The Monarchs go into the test with a record of 5-10. Northside - Jacksonville lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Croatan (Newport, NC)

The Rams now own a 0-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dixon for a Coastal 5A/6A challenge on Tuesday, September 30. Havelock will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Swansboro (Swansboro, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-10.
