The Kecoughtan Warriors knocked off the host Heritage Hurricanes volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Phoebus for a Peninsula bout on Tuesday, September 30. Kecoughtan will clash with a Phantoms team coming off a 3-0 league win over Denbigh (Newport News, VA). The Phantoms record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Heritage drops to 2-9 on the campaign. The Hurricanes host King's Fork (Suffolk, VA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, September 29. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 2-5. King's Fork lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA)
