The Sequoyah School Gryphons volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Highland Hall Hawks to 2 in the Gryphons league triumph on Thursday.

The Gryphons now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to EF Academy for a non-league outing on Friday, October 3.

With the loss, Highland Hall drops to 7-2 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Summit View (Valley Glen, CA) to play the Eagles in a Omega outing on Tuesday, September 30. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 0-2. Summit View lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Pilgrim (Los Angeles, CA)
