The Eagles (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Cape Fear Academy (Wilmington, NC). The Hurricanes go into the NCISAA Coastal Plain Independent battle with a 9-3 record. In their last battle, Cape Fear Academy was defeated by Coastal Christian (Wilmington, NC), 3-2, in a league battle.

The Saints now own a 1-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arendell Parrott Academy for a NCISAA Coastal Plain Independent battle on Tuesday, September 30. John Paul II Catholic will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Wayne Christian (Goldsboro, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 15-4.
