Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Mount Union overwhelmed by Juniata Valley

Juniata Valley Hornets (Alexandria, PA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Mount Union Trojans (Mount Union, PA), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Juniata Valley improves its record to 5-5 on the season. The Hornets travel to Glendale (Flinton, PA) to meet the Vikings in a Inter-County - North challenge on Monday, September 29. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 10-10. Glendale lost 1-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA)

Next, the Trojans meet the Fannett Metal (Willow Hill, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Mount Union will attempt to advance on its 5-8 season record. The go into the test with a 0-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Northern Bedford County (Loysburg, PA).
