Spring Grove Lions (Spring Grove, MN) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lanesboro Burros (Lanesboro, MN), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Spring Grove advances its record to 8-7 on the season. The Lions travel to Century (Rochester, MN) to face the Panthers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 8-7. Century lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Red Wing (Red Wing, MN)

Next, the Burros play the Schaeffer Academy Lions (Rochester, MN) in a Southeast challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Lanesboro will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 3-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to Houston (Houston, MN).
