North Carolina High School Volleyball - Louisburg can't get by Wake Prep Academy

The Wake Prep Academy Guardians edged the host Louisburg Warriors volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Guardians confront the Roanoke Rapids Yellowjackets (Roanoke Rapids, NC) in a Quad County 2A/3A/4A game, on Monday, September 29. Wake Prep Academy will attempt to advance on its 16-4 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the game with a 4-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Bunn (Bunn, NC).

The Warriors (8-7) will now prepare for their game against Vance Charter (Henderson, NC). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 14-1 record. In their last game, Vance Charter nudged Excelsior Classical Academy (Durham, NC), 3-2, in a league game.
