The Malad Dragons prevailed the host West Side Pirates volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Thursday's league game.
Next up, the Dragons confront the Aberdeen Tigers (Aberdeen, ID) in a 3A South East Idaho game, on Wednesday, October 1. Malad will attempt to advance on its 18-9 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 1-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Soda Springs (Soda Springs, ID).
With the loss, West Side drops to 10-7 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to North Fremont (Ashton, ID) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 27. The Huskies come into the bout with a record of 9-6. North Fremont won 3-2 in their recent league bout against West Jefferson (Terreton, ID)
