The Perry Bluejays edged the host Saydel Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's league game.

Coming up next, the Bluejays play the Panorama Panthers (Panora, IA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 27. Perry will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record.

With the loss, Saydel drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Eagles host Greene County (Jefferson, IA) to confront the Rams in a non-league game on Thursday, October 2. The Rams go into the game with a record of 6-7.
