The Cavaliers now possess a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to St. Mary's Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 30. Serra will clash with a Belles team coming off a 3-1 league win over Bishop Conaty-Loretto (Los Angeles, CA). The Belles record now stands at 10-5.

With the loss, San Gabriel Mission drops to 1-16 on the campaign. The Pioneers host St. Bernard (Playa del Rey, CA) to battle the Vikings in a Santa Fe match on Tuesday, September 30. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 2-6. St. Bernard lost 3-0 in their recent league match against St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA)
