The St. Monica Academy Crusaders volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Vasquez Mustangs to 1 in the Crusaders league triumph on Thursday.

Next up, the Crusaders confront the Waverly Ravens (Pasadena, CA) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 26. St. Monica Academy will attempt to advance on its 8-7 season record. The Ravens go into the game with a 1-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Mesrobian (Pico Rivera, CA).

The Mustangs (9-14) will now prepare for their game against Faith Baptist (Canoga Park, CA). The Contenders go into the Heritage game with a 13-5 record. In their last outing, Faith Baptist defeated Lancaster Baptist (Lancaster, CA), 3-2, in a league outing.
