In Monday's non-league battle, the host Western Christian Fighting Lancers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Ontario Christian Knights.
The Fighting Lancers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against The Webb Schools (Claremont, CA). The Gauls come into the battle with a 0-1 record.
