The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Timberlake Christian Tornadoes (Forest, VA) and the host Temple Christian Crusaders (Madison Heights, VA), saw Timberlake Christian's volleyball squad beat Temple Christian by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Timberlake Christian upgrades its record to 11-3 on the year. The Tornadoes host Lynchburg HomeSchool (Lynchburg, VA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Friday, September 30. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 4-1.

The Crusaders now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Westover Christian Academy for a bout on Tuesday, September 27. Temple Christian will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Timberlake Christian (Forest, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-6.
