In Monday's league battle, the visiting Wendell Trojans soccer squad scored a good 9-1 win over the Declo Hornets.

The Trojans (8-1) will now prepare for their test against Gooding (Gooding, ID). The Senators come into the 3A District IV test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Gooding was overwhelmed by Bliss (Bliss, ID), 6-1, in a league test.

With the loss, Declo drops to 0-8 on the season. The Hornets host Kimberly (Kimberly, ID) to meet the Bulldogs in a 3A District IV test on Wednesday, September 28. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 7-3. Kimberly lost 4-0 in their recent league test against Buhl (Buhl, ID)
