Stansbury Stallions (Stansbury Park, UT) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Uintah Utes (Vernal, UT), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Stallions confront the Tooele Buffaloes (Tooele, UT) in a 5A Region 7 challenge, on Wednesday, September 28. Stansbury will attempt to move on its 14-2 season record. The Buffaloes enter the challenge with a 2-13 record after their 9-0 league loss to Cedar Valley (Eagle Mountain, UT).

The Utes now possess a 9-7 record.
