The Del Mar Dons volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Pioneer Mustangs to 0 in the Dons league victory on Monday.

The Dons now possess a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yerba Buena for a game on Monday, October 3. Del Mar will meet a Aztec Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Miramonte (Orinda, CA). The Aztec Warriors record now stands at 1-3.

The Mustangs (1-10) will now prepare for their game against Prospect (Saratoga, CA). The Panthers enter the game with a 10-2 record. In their last game, Prospect defeated Basis Independent Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
