The Nevada Union Miners volleyball team (Grass Valley, CA), was dropped 2-0 in Monday's league challenge with the host Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA)

The Hillmen (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against West Park (Roseville, CA). The Panthers enter the challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, West Park defeated Sacramento (Sacramento, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Miners meet the Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, October 12. Nevada Union will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record.
