The Southampton Academy Raiders topped the host Ridgecroft Rams volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The Raiders now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fuqua for a test on Tuesday, September 27. Southampton Academy will confront a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 league win over Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot (Powhatan, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-1.

The Rams (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Pungo Christian Academy (Belhaven, NC). The Raiders enter the test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Pungo Christian Academy dropped by Cape Hatteras (Buxton, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
