Heide Trask Titans (Rocky Point, NC) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host East Columbus Gators (Lake Waccamaw, NC), 9-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Titans confront the South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC) in a Waccamaw 1A/2A challenge, on Wednesday, September 28. Heide Trask will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Stallions enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 7-0 league win over West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC).

The Gators now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pender for a Waccamaw 1A/2A challenge on Wednesday, September 28. East Columbus will confront a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 league win over Whiteville (Whiteville, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 7-4.
