The Mountain View Bears softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Central Gwinnett Black Knights to 0 in the Bears league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Mountain View moves its record to 11-9 on the year. The Bears travel to Loganville (Loganville, GA) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 27. The Red Devils come into the game with a record of 15-4. Loganville lost 5-3 in their recent league game against Eastside (Covington, GA)

In their next game, the Black Knights clash with the Collins Hill Eagles (Suwanee, GA) in a 7A Region 8 game, on Wednesday, September 28. Central Gwinnett will attempt to improve on its 2-14 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 9-9 record after their 5-4 league win over Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA).
