The Calipatria Hornets (Calipatria, CA) volleyball overcame the visiting Warner Wildcats (Warner Springs, CA), 3-0 in Monday's non-league outing.
With the win, Calipatria upgrades its record to 7-12 on the year. The Hornets travel to Palo Verde Valley (Blythe, CA) to face the Yellow Jackets in a Desert outing on Tuesday, September 27. The Yellow Jackets go into the outing with a record of 4-10.
The Wildcats now own a 1-11 record. They play next when they host Julian for a Southern Manzanita outing on Wednesday, September 28. Warner will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league win over San Pasqual Academy (Escondido, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-3.
