The Canton Golden Bears volleyball team (Canton, NY), was dropped 3-1 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Salmon River Shamrocks (Fort Covington, NY)

The Shamrocks (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Ogdensburg Free Academy (Ogdensburg, NY). The Blue Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Ogdensburg Free Academy defeated Brushton-Moira (Brushton, NY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Golden Bears meet the Tupper Lake Lumberjacks (Tupper Lake, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 4. Canton will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Lumberjacks enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Madrid-Waddington (Madrid, NY).
