North Carolina High School Volleyball - East Rowan over Central Cabarrus

East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A match, on Wednesday, September 28. East Rowan will attempt to advance on its 15-2 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 13-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC).

With the loss, Central Cabarrus drops to 1-12 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC) to clash with the Falcons in a South Piedmont 3A match on Wednesday, September 28. The Falcons come into the match with a record of 14-3. West Rowan won 3-0 in their recent league match against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC)
