The Coventry Comets (Akron, OH) volleyball overcame the host Cloverleaf Colts (Lodi, OH), 3-0 in Monday's league outing.

With the win, Coventry upgrades its record to 9-2 on the year. The Comets travel to Springfield (Akron, OH) to clash with the Spartans in a Portage Trail - Metro battle on Tuesday, September 27. The Spartans come into the battle with a record of 1-13. Springfield lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Field (Mogadore, OH)
