The Eldorado Eagles volleyball team (Eldorado, IL), went down 2-0 in Monday's league challenge with the visiting Edwards County Lions (Albion, IL)

The Lions (13-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Fairfield (Fairfield, IL). The Mules come into the Black Diamond East challenge with a 17-5 record. In their last challenge, Fairfield defeated Carmi-White County (Carmi, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Flora Wolves (Flora, IL) in a Black Diamond East challenge, on Tuesday, September 27. Eldorado will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 1-12 record after their 2-0 league loss to Hamilton County (McLeansboro, IL).
