In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Charleston Catholic Irish soccer squad scored a close 5-0 triumph over the Nitro Wildcats.
The Irish (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV). The Big Reds come into the non-league battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, Parkersburg was overwhelmed by Hurricane (Hurricane, WV), 6-0, in a league battle.
