The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Gallia Academy Blue Devils (Gallipolis, OH) and the host Chesapeake Panthers (Chesapeake, OH), saw Gallia Academy's soccer squad triumph over Chesapeake by a margin of 8-1.

The Blue Devils now sport a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Piketon for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 27. Gallia Academy will meet a Redstreaks squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Westfall (Williamsport, OH). The Redstreaks record now stands at 1-8.

With the loss, Chesapeake drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Panthers host South Point (South Point, OH) to play the Pointers in a Ohio Valley outing on Tuesday, October 3. The Pointers go into the outing with a record of 5-6.
