With the win, Air Academy upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Kadets travel to Palmer Ridge (Monument, CO) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 28. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 2-2.

The Red-Tailed Hawks now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Discovery Canyon for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 28. Cheyenne Mountain will play a Thunder squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Lutheran (Parker, CO). The Thunder record now stands at 10-2.
