Alabama High School Volleyball - Chilton County over Benjamin Russell

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Chilton County Tigers (Clanton, AL) and the visiting Benjamin Russell Wildcats (Alexander City, AL), saw Chilton County's volleyball squad beat Benjamin Russell by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Chilton County upgrades its record to 8-2 on the year. The Tigers travel to Stanhope Elmore (Millbrook, AL) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Stanhope Elmore won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Chilton County (Clanton, AL)

The Wildcats now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Calera for a bout on Thursday, September 28. Benjamin Russell will play a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Montevallo (Montevallo, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-5.
