In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Southwestern Randolph Cougars volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Trinity Bulldogs.
The Cougars (12-2) will now prepare for their battle against Randleman (Randleman, NC). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Randleman achieved victory over Wheatmore (Trinity, NC), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Uwharrie Charter Eagles (Asheboro, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 28. Trinity will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 5-7 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC).
