North Carolina High School Soccer - South Mecklenburg held off by Ardrey Kell

The Ardrey Kell Knights held off the host South Mecklenburg Sabres soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Tuesday's league match.

The Knights now sport a 8-2 record. They play next when they host Olympic for a So Meck 4A match on Thursday, September 28. Ardrey Kell will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 9-0 league loss to Myers Park (Charlotte, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, South Mecklenburg drops to 7-5 on the season. The Sabres host Hough (Cornelius, NC) to encounter the Huskies in a non-league match on Thursday, September 28.
