The Fort Osage Indians softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting North Kansas City Hornets to 2 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Fort Osage moves its record to 19-5 on the year. The Indians host Central (St. Joseph, MO) to clash with the Indians in a non-league test on Thursday, September 28. The Indians enter the test with a record of 3-2. Central won 6-4 in their recent non-league test against Excelsior Springs (Excelsior Springs, MO)

The Hornets (7-14) will now prepare for their test against Truman (Independence, MO). The Patriots enter the non-league test with a 9-15 record.
