The Upson-Lee Knights softball team (Thomaston, GA), was routed 9-1 in Tuesday's league test with the host Pike County Pirates (Zebulon, GA)
Coming up next, the Pirates encounter the Mary Persons Bulldogs (Forsyth, GA) in a 3A Region 2 test, on Wednesday, September 27. Pike County will attempt to improve on its 13-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 7-8 record after their 6-1 league loss to Peach County (Fort Valley, GA).
The Knights (2-16) will now prepare for their test against Jackson (Jackson, GA). The Red Devils come into the 3A Region 2 test with a 15-7 record. In their last test, Jackson was routed by East Coweta (Sharpsburg, GA), 9-0, in a non-league test.
