The South Point Red Raiders volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Ashbrook Greenwave to 0 in the Red Raiders league victory on Tuesday.

The Red Raiders now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crest for a Big South 3A game on Wednesday, September 27. South Point will meet a Chargers team coming off a 3-2 league win over Forestview (Gastonia, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 10-5.

The Greenwave (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC). The Mountaineers enter the Big South 3A game with a 21-1 record. In their last game, Kings Mountain defeated Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
