The Davis County Mustangs volleyball team (Bloomfield, IA), went down 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Centerville Big Reds/Redettes (Centerville, IA)

The Big Reds/Redettes (9-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Knoxville (Knoxville, IA). The Panthers enter the South Central challenge with a 18-7 record. In their last challenge, Knoxville defeated Cardinal (Eldon, IA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Lynnville-Sully Hawks (Sully, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 30. Davis County will attempt to move on its 7-18 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 3-1 league loss to North Mahaska (New Sharon, IA).
