The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Wayne Falcons (Corydon, IA) and the visiting Central Decatur Cardinals (Leon, IA), saw Wayne's volleyball squad beat Central Decatur by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Wayne upgrades its record to 4-7 on the year. The Falcons host Chariton (Chariton, IA) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 28. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 9-8. Chariton lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Clarke (Osceola, IA)

The Cardinals now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Grand View Christian for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3.
