The East Duplin Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Southwest Onslow Stallions to 0 in the Panthers league victory on Tuesday.

The Panthers now have a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host James Kenan for a East Central 2A game on Thursday, September 28. East Duplin will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 1-10.

The Stallions (5-10) will now prepare for their game against Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC). The Bulldogs enter the East Central 2A game with a 11-3 record. In their last game, Wallace-Rose Hill gained a win over James Kenan (Warsaw, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
