The Gilbert Yellowjackets volleyball team (Winsted, CT), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Terryville Kangaroos (Terryville, CT)

The Kangaroos (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Wamogo (Litchfield, CT). The Warriors enter the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Wamogo went down by New Milford (New Milford, CT), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Yellowjackets encounter the Nonnewaug Chiefs (Woodbury, CT) in a Berkshire challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Gilbert will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Chiefs enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Pomperaug (Southbury, CT).
