The Grayson County Blue Devils volleyball team (Independence, VA), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Giles Spartans (Pearisburg, VA)

The Spartans (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Auburn (Riner, VA). The Eagles come into the Mountain Empire challenge with a 13-1 record.

Next, the Blue Devils encounter the George Wythe Maroons (Wytheville, VA) in a Mountain Empire challenge, on Wednesday, September 27. Grayson County will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Maroons come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Auburn (Riner, VA).
