The Grenada Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Winona Tigers to 1 in the Chargers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Chargers now possess a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Center Hill for a non-league game on Thursday, September 28. Grenada will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Olive Branch (Olive Branch, MS). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-7.

The Tigers (12-6) will now prepare for their game against Amanda Elzy (Greenwood, MS). The Panthers enter the Class 3 Region 3 game with a 6-6 record. In their last game, Amanda Elzy defeated West Bolivar (Rosedale, MS), 3-1, in a non-league game.
