The Hazen Highlanders volleyball team (Renton, WA), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Mercer Island Islanders (Mercer Island, WA)
The Islanders (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty (Issaquah, WA). The Patriots come into the 3A KingCo challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, Liberty defeated Bellevue (Bellevue, WA), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Highlanders encounter the Interlake Saints (Bellevue, WA) in a 3A KingCo challenge, on Wednesday, September 27. Hazen will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Sammamish (Bellevue, WA).
