The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Pine City Dragons (Pine City, MN) and the host Hinckley-Finlayson Jaguars (Hinckley, MN), saw Pine City's volleyball squad nip Hinckley-Finlayson by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Pine City upgrades its record to 9-3 on the year. The Dragons host Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN) to play the Bluejackets in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 30. The Bluejackets go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Cambridge-Isanti lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN)

The Jaguars now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Ogilvie for a Great River bout on Thursday, September 28. Hinckley-Finlayson will play a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Long Prairie-Grey Eagle (Long Prairie, MN). The Lions record now stands at 5-5.
