Kansas High School Volleyball - Perry-Lecompton over Jefferson West

The Perry-Lecompton Kaws (Perry, KS) volleyball overcame the visiting Jefferson West Tigers (Meriden, KS), 2-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Perry-Lecompton upgrades its record to 15-5 on the year. The Kaws host Holton (Holton, KS) to play the Wildcats in a Big Seven outing on Tuesday, September 26. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 13-11. Holton lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Rock Creek (St. George, KS)

The Tigers now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Hiawatha for a Big Seven outing on Tuesday, October 3. Jefferson West will play a Red Hawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] (Wathena, KS). The Red Hawks record now stands at 17-9.
