The KIPP Pride Pride topped the visiting Southeast Halifax Trojans volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Pride now have a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northampton County for a Tar Roanoke 1A test on Thursday, September 28. KIPP Pride will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 3-1 league win over Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 9-2.

The Trojans (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Weldon (Weldon, NC). The Chargers enter the Tar Roanoke 1A test with a 11-0 record. In their last test, Weldon gained a win over Warren County (Warrenton, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
